Complete and total confidentiality is expected from all involved.

I am insured and expect all involved parties to sign a no fault liability release waiver to make things very simple.

I am experienced and I am very well adept at investigating large commercial structures 18,000 square feet plus. Business, government, and residential structures.

I work alone. My services are provided free of charge within 50 miles of Canfield Ohio. Beyond 50 miles there may be travel expenses which we will discuss in advance of the investigation, if needed. I usually keep within Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. I have investigated government buildings in Washington D.C. and Federal historic buildings in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and a motel in Harrisburg Pennsylvania.

I investigate reports of Demonic phenomena and paranormal phenomena using state-of-the-art equipment. I have the ability to bring in psychics if requested or needed and a fee would apply for the need of a psychic which we will discuss in advance of the investigation, if needed.

You may choose to share with me the history of the location and the phenomena occurring or withhold any or all information prior to the investigation with the exception of flying and levitating objects as they provide a physical hazard to prepare for. I will not provoke nor cleanse a location.

You’ll receive a single copy of all raw audio and video evidence and a minimum 3 to 7 page event summary or more if requested.
